Description:
Brigadoon is a little puppy with a very big name, so we just call him Briggs. Briggs seems to think he is a human and loves to look his foster mom in the eye and carry on lengthy conversations. He gets a little disappointed when she doesn’t fully understand everything he is saying, but he is willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, since humans can be just a little slow on the uptake.
Briggs is extremely bright with a great sense of humor and likes to tease his foster family by untying their shoelaces. He also has his intellectual side and likes to listen to classical music, light jazz and talk radio. Needless to say, he is very focused on the political campaign but is still undecided about whether to support John McCanine or Bark Obama. His favorite television station is Animal Planet.
Briggs is quite calm for a puppy, although he does have periods of high energy. He has already learned to fetch a ball and his favorite “toys” are brooms, mops and the furry tails of the adult collies in his foster home. He is fascinated by human behavior and spends long periods of time just watching people do things (roofers roofing, children playing, people cooking, etc.) It’s as if he is thinking, “Now why do you suppose they are doing that!?!”
Briggs is a happy, playful, loving little guy who can’t wait to find his forever home. His favorite way to begin and end his day is by being snuggled, held like a baby and having his tummy tickled. Is there a family out there who wants a cuddly little collie pup to tickle?
