Pearl was adopted by a great family in Elmhurst, IL.

Pearl is a 6-12 month rough sable/white collie puppy. She was found wandering farm fields eating corn and soybeans to stay alive. Pearl. along with her Mom, 4 sisters and brother are currently in foster homes awaiting a forever home. Pearl was the first to come out of her shell. She is 90% housetrained and is a real little clown. She loves to come over and say hi while you are on the computer or watching TV. She knows food is plentiful now and has gained 20 lb. When found she was severely malnourished and abuse. Pearl is still a bit leery of quick movements to pet her, but she is a real love. She loves children and other animals.

Hi: Here is a picture of Pearl last summer. She loves to run next door and steal bones from the Black Lab-"Bubba". She does this to get him to chase her. She is a big flirt!! Since this picture, she has longer hair and is a bit bigger. I really see such a resemblance in Pearl and Ellie.

Pearl was fostered in Fon du Lac, WI.
