Nicky - Adopted 5/12/03

Nicky is approximately 7- 8 yrs old, and is a sable and white boy.  He is neutered and VERY overweight for his frame as he is very small boned.  He has a weak gait, but I believe this is due to the weight (not to mention, panting a lot !). 

Nicky is very good - in fact, he is wonderful !  He is housebroken (no accidents so far) listens great and really gentle.  He walks well on lead, knows 'stay' and comes when called (in that excited, 'here Nicky puppers.....').  He hasn't 'sat' on command or any other 'command', but is very polite with his manners.  He will not get on the furniture or bed, unless invited. 

He LOVES my boys (human that is <wink>)...as when they are around, he will lay with them or by them and just gets all wiggly/waggly when they pay attention to him.  He has been wonderful with my kitties, very curious of our ferret - I don't think it is wise to let him meet her without boundaries at present.
