BIO FOR LADY


Lady is a sweet, affectionate, petite sable and white collie girl weighing in at 50lbs.. She will greet you with great anticipation at the door, tail wagging jubilantly from side to side. She will jump in your lap (if invited), and sleep by your side (if invited). Lady loves to prance outside - she needs a fenced yard where she will run around chasing squirrels and running with her youthful 2-3 year old collie energy. Lady came to us from a humane society. She had originally been a companion to an elderly woman, but the woman gave her up when she went into a nursing home. Lady spent a short time with another owner, but the family purchased a smaller dog, and gave Lady up. We feel Lady would do best where she is the only dog in the home. She has a very healthy appetite, and loves to chew on toys, so make sure you get her durable ones (a "kong" works well), not stuffed animals. She knows these commands ""sit", "lay down", "come", and "get back". It won't take long for you and Lady to form a loving relationship.
