New to Rescue!

You can see from his picture what a handsome boy Prince is! He was just a year old on May 1, and weighs about 70 pounds.

Prince is completely housebroken and lets his foster mom know when he needs to go outside. He loves playing in the backyard and also likes walking or running on a leash.  Like many Collies, Prince believes that it his duty to chase the squirrels and birds moving through his kingdom.  For this reason, Prince needs a fenced yard to play in and keep him safe.

Prince is an extremely sociable guy and enjoys the other two collies at his foster home. He also gets along well with their cat. Prince has a full, pale mostly sable and white coat which looks even more beautiful after his recent groomings. He has been fully examined by the vet, and is up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Prince is looking for a forever family that wants to adopt an energetic, young collie boy. He has quickly mastered some basic commands, and continued obedience training and/or agility training would be valuable in bonding him with his humans, and will keep him entertained and challenged. Prince loves attention and affection and is looking for a home where he will get plenty of both.

Prince is being fostered in Richfield, Minnesota; is a suburb of the Twin Cities.
