Sweet, sweet Sally! This beautiful, sable and white girl has the face of an angel and the gentle disposition to match. She has perfectly tipped ears and a cute little white blaze in the middle of her forehead. It is hard to believe that this active girl is ten years old when you see her hopping up into foster mom’s Explorer or trotting along on one of her brisk walks. Perhaps the secret of her youth is her healthy diet (she loves sweet potatoes and green beans)!

Sally’s foster mom says she is the perfect dog. She loves everyone and is sweet and gentle with children (even very young ones), other dogs and cats. Although she has plenty of energy for long walks, she also loves to curl up with her family and enjoy some together time. She is a perfect little lady in the house and always asks to go out to potty. She has had some spay incontinence, but it is controlled with medication. Sally also loves to go for car rides and is always quiet and well behaved in the car.

Sally does need either a fence or supervision when she is outside because she can sometimes wander off – particularly if some pesky rabbit leads her astray.

Sally is looking for a loving, forever family who understand that age is just a number and though they may be able to find a younger dog, they will never find a sweeter one.
