#2326 – Jazz

3-4-year-old tri-headed white male

New to Rescue!

Wow! What a striking and unique collie boy. And Jazz is every bit as good natured as he is handsome. He is a three to four-year-old, tri-headed white collie who gets along with everyone at his foster home. He is a happy, playful guy who likes to play “keep away” with his favorite stuffed toy, but is never aggressive in his play. His foster home includes both male and female dogs and Jazz is loved by all. The resident cat is an object of great curiosity for Jazz who likes to follow him around and give him an occasional nudge with that long, collie nose. The cat finds Jazz to be a bit pushy and annoying, but basically harmless.

Jazz is housebroken and goes to the door to let you know when he needs to go out. He has basic house manners, but sometimes gets carried away when greeting visitors and jumps up on them. His foster mom is working with him on this, and since Jazz is an alert, intelligent boy, it shouldn’t take much work to convert him into a model canine citizen. He walks fairly well on a leash, but does tend to pull. It would be ideal if his forever family would take Jazz to some basic obedience classes to help him perfect his skills and to bond with his new people.

Jazz is looking for a forever home where he will get plenty of love and attention. Since he has such an easy going, friendly nature, Jazz’s new home could include adults, kids, dogs or cats. This happy-go-lucky collie loves everyone.

Jazz is being fostered in Chicago, IL.
