Jackson is a 3-year-old neutered male Collie cross, 61 lbs. He was rescued from a very bad situation in northern Wisconsin and became a permanent family member after Tamara fell head over heels for this sweet charmer.  He is tall, handsome and very shy.  He loves to run and play with his doggie friends, has achieved his AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate, and doesn’t take up too much room in bed because he curls his tall lanky body into a tight little circle.  Jackson needs someone who understands how to build his confidence through positive training, shield him from frightening things and cuddle him like the lap dog he loves to be.  He is ok with cats and could be ok with quiet older children.
