Has a deformed paw that causes him to limp slightly, although it doesn't seem to cause him any problems. However, he would probably do best in a situation where he doesn't have to navigate a lot of steps. |

Description:
Many of MWCR’s collies come from backgrounds that are less than ideal, but Jagger has been a beloved family member since puppyhood. Unavoidable circumstances forced him to be surrendered and the family’s children were heartbroken over the loss of their friend. Jagger, however, is a resilient boy and has adapted quickly to his foster home, proving to be a sweet and charming houseguest. He is fully housetrained, well behaved, and a cheerful, low key collie.
Jagger was born with a deformity to one of his feet, so he walks with a slight limp. This does not cause him any pain and never prevents him from playing and having fun with the other dogs. He handles steps without any trouble, though his ideal forever home would probably not have lots of stairs for him to navigate.
Jagger is a big boy with a big heart. He loves everyone he meets: adults, children, dogs, cats, strangers, etc. Although he is not a high energy collie, he does relish a good game of tug-o-war and he likes following his foster dad around so he can be near him.
Jagger is one of those collies who will meld beautifully into any home. His forever family could include men or women, dogs or cats, children or adults, or any combination of these. He is a charming, happy, handsome boy whose gentle ways and loving nature will make him the perfect addition to virtually any home.
