Adoption Application Instructions: Complete and submit the application. Please send in your $25.00 non-refundable Application Processing Fee or pay via PayPal on the Application page, to help defray our costs. Since MWCR is a non-profit organization your Application Fee is tax deductible. Note that space is limited. If you have errors and difficulty submitting the application, please contact us at applications@mwcr.org.

Pay your $25.00 adoption application fee online with PayPal.
$10 of your application fee will be applied towards the adoption fee for any collie.

Adopting a collie 8 yrs or older will entitle the adopter to a $75.00 voucher to adopt a subsequent MWCR collie as our way of saying "thank you" for giving a home to a senior collie.

Senior citizens (62 years of age or older) are eligible for a $50 discount on any MWCR collie adoption.
