In order to foster a Collie for Minnesota Wisconsin Collie Rescue you must:
- Be a current MWCR member so that you are covered by the organization's liability insurance. If you are not a member, you can join by clicking here.
- Complete and return this application form
- Agree to personal reference checks, a veterinary reference check, and home visit.
After we receive your application, a volunteer will contact your references and you will be contacted to set up a home visit. Then your application will go to our foster home coordinator for approval. Once approved, you will be invited to join MWCR’s Yahoo e-mail foster group, which is the means by which you will receive notification when Collies need foster homes.
