Description: I absolutely LOVE people and being with my people makes every day a wonderful day. Cats are OK too, but dogs...eh, not so much. When I go to the dog park I see lots of other dogs and I am okay with them there, but I just don't like having to share MY people with other dogs on MY turf! In short, I am sociable, but I want to be an only dog at home. But if you have kids, well, the more the merrier!

Recently I went to the Wisconsin Collie Frolic, and I had a great time. There were lots of people there and there was one really nice lady who made me feel like I must be a supermodel or something because she hung around and took zillions of pictures of me. The pictures on the left are some of her handiwork. I think she caught my good side, don't you? She also said I had the softest fur she had ever petted. She said my fur was even softer than the softest stuffed animals. I asked her why anyone would want to pet a stuffed animal when they could pet me, but she had no answer to that question. I guess she was as puzzled as I was. She told me that anyone lucky enough to adopt me would have many relaxing moments running their fingers through my soft fur.

There were lots of other dogs at the Collie Frolic too, and some of them tried to entice me into playing with them. Since this wasn't at my house, I was OK with that, but I really just wanted to bask in the glory of having so many people come up to me, pet me, speak to me, and just tell me what a sweet girl I am. I guess I must be kinda famous because everybody seemed to know my name! That's what happens when you are a supermodel!

At any rate, I am looking for a forever home that will include people who want to be with me as much as I want to be with them. Since I am such a sweet (and very soft) girl, I would love a job to do, so consider this my job application:
WANTED: A family that will include me in all their activities.
SKILLS: Great with kids, adults, senior citizens, and people of all shapes and sizes.
OUTSTANDING QUALITIES: Loyal to a fault. Will follow you to the ends of the earth. Sweet, friendly, extremely soft fur: WARNING: Petting can be addictive!
IDEAL JOB: Would make a great teacher's or librarian's helper, nursing home therapy dog, or official greeter at your small office or business. OK with other dogs in neutral territory, but should be an only dog in her home.

So, if you are a homebody, or work at a job where you need a pawsonable helper, I'm your gal. Have your people call my people, and maybe we can hook up!
