Have you ever had an itch that you just couldn't reach?  If so, you have some idea of what Flynn has been going through.  Flynn is a handsome, one year old, tri-colored male who has been battling skin problems for most of his young life.  Because of this, his original family felt they had to separate him from his best friend, another young collie.

 

Thus, Flynn came to MWCR.  At first, the combination of skin problems, missing his collie brother, and losing his family was pretty overwhelming for this sweet natured collie boy.  But with a little time and a lot of love, he is coming around.  He is still a little shy with strangers, but is very loving and affectionate when he gets to know you.  Unlike most one year olds, Flynn is extremely mellow, without the hyperactivity of so many dogs his age.  (Flynn says that when you go through adversity, you grow up pretty fast!).

 

Flynn's skin condition is still being evaluated and will need to be addressed before he is available for adoption.  At that time, he will also be neutered.  Then he will be ready for a loving, forever home where he can forget the tough times that he has been through.  If you think you might be interested in Flynn, contact MWCR or watch for updates on this website.
