Questions Answers
If I decide to foster a Collie, do I have a choice or do I have to take whatever Collie is available? If the latter, what if the Collie I foster does not get along with my family or other pets? You do have a say in what collie you will foster (for people who might be concerned that they would get one that might not fit with their other dogs/family members/lifestyle)
What expenses am I responsible for if I choose to foster a Collie? You are only responsible for buying dog food. MWCR pays any medical expenses that may arise.
What if I have issues or problems while fostering a Collie? You will have the support of all the veteran collie experts at MWCR to help you resolve any problems that may arise.
I work outside the home. Does this create a problem if I foster a Collie? No, you don't have to be home all day to foster a collie.
I am willing to foster a Collie, but I don't want to drive a great distance to pick up my foster dog. We can help get the Collie to you if transportation is an issue.
